The steel ball chain is really nice to use because all the pieces work like swivels, making it easy to perform hyperloops. However, it can be fragile. Although it is the strongest you can find, it is not 100% reliable. I recommend it for small MonkeyFists.
The classic welded chain is very light and super strong, with 15 mm pieces.
The Argon welded twisted chain is the best solution for all poi. It is really light, super strong, and the pieces are only 7 mm. The welding is invisible and smooth, and it can hold over 230 kg!
