Built from 7075 aluminum alloy, this staff combines exceptional mechanical strength with surprising lightness: at just 756 g, it enables fatigue-free training and performance with smooth, controlled motion.
Available in 3 different lengths, this staff adapts to your preferred dynamics:
- A longer staff = slower spin speed, ideal for wide, elegant movements
- A shorter staff = increases reactivity and speed

- Roll speed = rotation around the staff’s axis (creating the fire circle effect with the cross arms)
- Spin speed = rotation around the staff’s center point (used in standard contact techniques)
The central tube is wrapped in soft EPDM foam, topped with a non-slip tennis grip overlay for maximum comfort and security, even with sweaty hands.
Since this staff is non-collapsible, it’s not ideal for air travel, but perfect for local training and shows.
