Opposite of the classic juggling (aerial throwing), the art of contact is a juggling discipline that consists of keeping one or more balls connected with the body. Some contact jugglers include aerial throws or bounces in their routines.

The contact juggling ball is a manipulative prop that develops skill, coordination and concentration.
